Xam, once spoken in South Africa, is perhaps the most famous extinct African language. While it no longer has fluent speakers, its legacy lives on in the South African National Coat of Arms, with the motto !ke e: /xarra //ke — “diverse people unite.” Historically, Xam was more than words; it was a vessel of knowledge, stories, and community wisdom, guiding generations and shaping cultural identity. Why this matters: The extinction of Xam shows how easily languages, and the knowledge they carry can disappear if not preserved. By using AI to document, revive, and support African languages, we @equalyz_ai ensure that every voice, story, and culture continues to thrive in the digital era. Preserving languages isn’t just symbolic, it’s about keeping Africa’s collective memory and identity alive. @akonilede @HausaTrends @Zuluteacher @IgboHistoFacts @AbujaHausa #EqualyzAI #AfricanLanguages #EndangeredLanguages #LanguagePreservation #Khoisan #CulturalHeritage #OralTraditions #AIForAfrica #DigitalInclusion #LinguisticDiversity

Just completed a Power BI cleaning project using Power Query. Tasks included: • Removing duplicate ProductIDs • Validating numeric fields • Standardizing the IsShipped column (Yes/No/1/0 → TRUE/FALSE) • Fixing OrderDate and ShipDate formats Clean data = reliable insights.

AI regulation without technical capacity doesn’t create safety. It creates dependency. You can’t govern what you don’t understand. And you can’t protect systems you can’t evaluate. For Africa, effective AI governance won’t come from copying frameworks. It will come from building real technical fluency inside institutions. That work takes time. But it’s the only path that lasts.
