Airlines man… son has been trying to get back to Syracuse (his direct flight was cancelled from Orlando on Monday due to weather) and instead of @JetBlue allowing to rebook on a direct flight that takes 2:30, he has to layover in JFK and Boston and travel 16 hours. Not right

@stelzner_n1150 What you don’t calculate is that PE / HF buy homes turn them into rentals. Keeping banks fed on mortgages. Keeping their books high with assets.

The average life expectancy is 78. The average Baby Boomer is 75. Baby Boomers own 40% of the homes in America. Do the math and tell me a housing crash isn't coming. On a positive note, this will be a huge opportunity for young people. Be patient.

We're 4.5 years into our mortgage. We've paid over $107,000 in mortgage payments. But our balance has only gone down $35,000. The other $72,000 has gone to interest, taxes, and insurance. Owning a home costs a lot more than the price of the home.
