Dry day so first time I took my Mango #Vaporfly for a go. Mint! Went #sub20 for a 5k. Had some downhill in there but I pushed on the up too, makes me believe I can achieve at the #wilmslowsummer10k now on my birthday in 3weeks. @UKRunChat #ukrunchat @daddy_escape @RunnorthwestRun
