The @NYCMayor Office of Labor Relations is essentially guilty of fiduciary mismanagement. They didn’t do a full audit in 12 years & now eureka we are doing an audit to save $100 million/yr & bill the unions for the audits when it was OLRs fail. Here’s a tip, fire no bid consultants $500/hr Bob Linn & $7500/day Martin Scheinman & save millions. Then use the over 750 lawyers & 650 staffers in the City Law Dept for the audit!
