FIRST 1K USD DAY! (1365 usd to be exact ). I'm honestly so blessed for this, I used to dream of days like this when I was starting, now this felt normal, I want more. It feels so fitting for it to happen on such an important day, thank you Lord for this opportunity 🙏

@JxrdanB_ nailing the avatar is key 🔐 once you know the in's and out's of your target market, you can tighten all stages of the funnel. It's a cheat code.

Really research EVERYTHING about your target avatar. I find even using buzzwords they say in my scripts start increasing my cvr. Relate to them. Talk like them. And show them empathy.

I'm on a MAX plan, and now I'm hitting my limit every couple of hours. What's going on? Honestly, this makes Claude unusable. I've had to sign up for ChatGPT again just because of this.

Keep pushing 💪 One way to land those winners faster is know which product, ad, or segment is actually profitable not just what's getting clicks. Something we're trying to solve. So you don't test blindly, you test with calculated decisions. But keep it up, those breakout ads are on the way !

$0-$1mil With Ecom - Day 180 Wrote 5 native ads today all testing a new angle. Literally just run more ads. I NEED to hit a winner this week or I'm gay. Relaunched all my previous video ads that got no spend in the same camp and put minimum spend on each. Read breakthrough advertising, about to finish it God bless.

Yeah resets like this usually throws things off short term, Meta might need some time to figure things out. You're on the right track with offer testing though. Most people try to grow before finding something that converts profitability. Also don't judge too quick, signal will get clearer after some spend

Day 5/ 0.93 ROAS - Removed all Min. Spend of the first Adsets and added bunch of new Ads. I think Meta doesn't liked it 😂. Right now Offer Testing to get first purchase profitable.

If you're stuck in ecom right now and just can't break through to the next level... this is for you. I've been exactly where you are. Multiple times. And here's what finally got me out of it. You need to stop obsessing over results and start focusing on your inputs. Staring at your dashboard every 30 seconds won't change anything. The only thing that can actually improve your performance is what you put into your business. Your inputs determine your outputs. Focus on the work. The results will follow.

Fairplay, starting small and learning fast is the game. this is how it is supposed to go. I'd add that this loop is only as good as you can read it. A lot of people will miss what's going on under the hood, as a result scale too soon or kill things at an early stage. This is the expensive part... And they why we've been trying to make those early signals way clearer without having to dig for hours. But yeah, you seem to have the system under control 💪

My wife and I launched our apparel brand on $5 a day ad spend. That's all we could afford at the time. Maybe $10 on a good day. I'd run the ads and just watch. One transaction every week. Then every 3 days. Then two days. Then one a day. I'd add a little more spend. $15. $20. Watch what happened. Add a little more. There's something about ecom you get that most other industries dont. You can see the funnel work in real time. You create a creative. You run an ad. It lands on a landing page. Someone buys or they don't. The loop is immediate. If it works, you add more money. If it doesn't, you change the creative or the offer or the audience or the product. You know within 48 hours if something's broken. Now we're running $10-12k a day on that brand. But it started with $5. Watching every single transaction. Learning what worked. Scaling what converted. Most people overthink the beginning. They wait until they have the perfect creative or the perfect website or the perfect strategy. But the fastest way to learn is just to start running traffic. Even if it's $5 a day. You'll learn more in a week of live traffic than months of planning. The funnel will tell you what's wrong. The data will show you what to fix. You just have to be willing to watch it and adjust. That's the advantage of DTC. You get real-time feedback on whether your shit works. Start small. Watch close. Add more when it works.

“scaling a leak and calling it growth” is too real. Blended metrics hide so much it’s dangerous. You think you’re winning until you zoom in and realise one SKU is doing all the damage. Kept seeing this exact problem, which is why we started building analysis into DaitaFix at SKU level, not just store level. Most people don’t have a visibility problem, they have a granularity problem.

3 into running stores i thought i understood unit economics until i looked at one number i’d been ignoring had a store doing $160k/month. felt like a real business. profitable on paper. then one afternoon in my office i pulled up something i'd never properly looked at before. refund rate by SKU. not blended. by individual product. my best selling product. the one i was scaling hardest. the one i was most proud of. refund rate of 12.4%. i just stared at it. went back through the last 6 months of ad spend on that product. $180k in ads. driving revenue that was sending 12 cents of every dollar straight back out the door. plus the CAC i'd already paid. plus the margin i'd made nothing on. plus chargebacks quietly building in the background. i'd been scaling a leak and calling it growth. dug into the reviews on that SKU specifically. same complaint showing up over and over. product sizing wasn't matching the size guide. customers felt misled by the photos. completely fixable problems. but because i was always looking at blended refund rates nobody had ever found them. blended rate looked fine at 3.8%. pulled ad spend on that SKU immediately. fixed the size guide. updated the product photography to accurately represent sizing. rewrote the description to set proper expectations. refund rate dropped from 12.4% to 3.1% in 8 weeks. then scaled it again. this time properly. the product became one of the best performing SKUs in the store within 3 months. i think about how long i was scaling that product before i looked at the number that actually mattered. blended metrics are comfortable. they smooth everything out. make the business look healthier than it is. hide the problems until the problems are too big to hide. look at your refund rate by SKU today. not blended. by product. you might find something that's been quietly compounding for months.

Biggest pain isn’t the $100/day… it’s not knowing why it’s not working while you’re spending it. People don’t usually fail from lack of budget, they fail from burning budget without clear feedback loops. You’re right though, you’re not losing all of it. You’re buying data. The real question is how fast you can turn that data into better decisions before it gets expensive. That’s actually what we’re working on right now.

What should be your startup capital for ads? Just be smart. You can start with $100/day And remember, even if you're spending $100/day, it's not like you're going to lose ALL of that money. You're going to be making sales along the way as you learn and test more stuff. Which is going to help cover the costs. Also, have some confidence… There are courses and communtiy that exists to help you get started with guiderails so you don't waste a bunch of money chasing/doing the wrong things. That amount of capital is perfectly fine.
