"Race" is a social construct designed to divide us. We're all the same species, and we're all in this together. Once you understand that you'll be a much happier person

@Acyn So AoC is a government employee and a paracite suck off the taxpayers.. How long has Ted Cruz been in government again? Has he ever done anything other than grandstand on Fox News and run to Cancun?

CRUZ: AOC also said it is impossible for anybody to earn a billion dollars. Which, look, I recognize for her, given she was a bartender, that is probably true. No disrespect to bartenders—bartenders are an honorable profession. But she went from that to being a government employee and a parasite sucking on the taxpayer.

@Chrisjameshorn My dogs love, love going to the vet! The entire staff fawns over them, they get treats galore, and leave reminding me of just how special they are.

He thought he was going back to the dog park. He was actually going to the vets. Needless to say, he was *not* happy 🤣

@WaymoreJennings I don't think so. I think his friendship with Towns Van Zandt was pretty influential and the era of Gram Parsons.

Born Virginia Patterson Hensley in Winchester, Virginia in 1932, she grew up in a turbulent household with a young mother and an absent, sometimes abusive father. Surviving rheumatic fever as a teen, she emerged with a powerful voice, singing in church and on local radio. Early on, she changed her name for the stage and began performing at talent contests, slowly building a reputation for her rich, emotive sound. Her breakthrough came in the late 1950s with a hit that crossed over to the pop charts, and by the early 1960s she was dominating the country scene with classics that remain timeless. She became the first female country artist to headline a Las Vegas show, working with legendary producers to craft the smooth Nashville sound. While her talent was undeniable, her life was marked by drama: two marriages, a few turbulent relationships, close friendships with other rising stars, and struggles with drinking. Surviving a serious car accident in 1961 only added to her legend, but tragically, she died in a plane crash in 1963 at just 30 years old, alongside fellow musicians and her manager. Even in such a short life, she left an indelible mark on music, inspiring generations of singers and earning posthumous accolades, including induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Known for her vulnerability and strength, her voice continues to captivate and her story fascinates, a life of brilliance, heartbreak, and unforgettable songs.

Fetterman: They are making it like there's kind of an energy crisis and that is just not true. I just tested that this morning. I gassed up my Jeep at Costco—I effectively paid $3.80 for a gallon. Two years ago, it was $3.65.
