Mastodon still has too much weird energy for me. It's not just the asinine fake blue ticks or the tone policing. Folks are taking content choices seriously and trying to use the features to do better. But, they could've done that here and in many cases didn't. I wish them luck.

This mastodon thing is so friggin complicated! I'm trying to follow people & sometimes it recognizes me as logged in to my account but the next might not. Accounts look different from each other. The language isn't user-friendly. How the hell is this going to replace Twitter?
