An engineer at Anthropic wrote a spec, pointed Claude at an Asana board, and went home. Claude broke the spec into tickets, spawned agents for each one, and they started building independently.
When the agent is confused it runs git-blame and messages the right engineers in Slack. By Monday the agents finished the plugin feature.
That's one example of how the best engineers are shipping software right now.
Developers will soon orchestrate 50 AI agents in parallel and the difference between a good engineer & a great one would come down to specs.
You can't write a spec that holds up at that scale without genuinely understanding what you're building at a deeper level.
The next-gen developer who understands the fundamentals, can architect well and orchestrate agent is going to be a 1000x developer!

My current claude-code workflow:
1. cc (alias for alias cc='claude --dangerously-skip-permissions')
2. /spec - give all context needed, interviews me with all important things, lots of depth.
3. Specfile is created in Markdown (not JSON/YML -> MD)
4. I read it, sometimes but rarely need to update it - copy path
5. /clear
6. Implement spec now
Currently, I don't use any ralph loop because this workflow works insanely good for me.
I only do this for whole features or fixes where I'm not sure about the issues.
Sometimes claude jumps back into plan mode after the /clear if it sees it is a huge feature. I'll let it do it and then verify it.
In the /spec command & CLAUDE MD I often define how the feedback process looks like. Sometimes I also add it to the spec (e.g. check abc in the DB or deploy and build it until this works).

Intentional overuse of AI as my learning strategy. Use it for everything — especially what it's bad at. You don't learn the edges of the map by staying in the center.

15 hodin mi zabralo s Codex vytvorit a deploynut funkcnu HR appku na hiring. Ma Google prihlasovanie, Slack notifikacie, verejnu cast pre kandidatov, odosiela a prijma emaily od kandidatov a ma kompletne funkcny backend s rolami a opravneniami. Hype is real.

I got banned twice on Reddit for promoting my product without enough comment history (ground rule).
So I built an auto-commenting bot using @claudeai.
- It earns 10x more karma than I do by actually giving helpful feedback and answering questions.
- Its comments look just like mine (even my teammates couldn't tell it was AI).
- It can also run in batch mode to easily fill your daily quota within specific subreddits.
I already gained 263 karma in just 3 days of using it.
Now I can consistently promote my product without triggering Reddit’s spam filters.
