What I look for in who I follow? I like to follow honest, kind, talented creators. Ones that try, grow, and push us forward. I do not like to follow drama starters, angry designers and those that will do anything for attention. Just show good work and be kind.

🚨This is a bit hard to swallow -- but to fix something as broken as MUFC, it is always essential to have a cold, correct and unbiased description of history/reality. Does MUFC have that? No. For example, during 3 of 4 seasons between 2017 to 2021, prime Ed Woodward years, it is an -- indisputable fact -- straight from all club's annual accounts that United -- slightly outperformed -- what was invested in the squad. We got more bang for the buck than our rival.

Let’s say your design agency makes well $100K/month. You charge $5K/month. 28 active subs. It’s just you. No help. Three new calls booked daily. You cancel most just to keep up. You’ve been at this pace for 5 years Do you raise prices, hire, or drive off a cliff?

designer: “rejected design :(“ design x: “whoa! this is beautiful.” “their loss!” “i don’t see anything wrong with it.” “you cooked” “clean” “bad client” - ffs. can you stop please looking at design on the surface, pixel level?!! nobody asks; what the brief was, what the goal was, who the client was, what the constraints were, when… “pretty” design isn’t always the right design, the right design isn’t always “pretty” design.
