@XfinitySupport Then get the supervisors on it, Service techs have been in the house 3x it is not in the house, they replaced the modem, checked the boxes for the tvs and the power. NOTHING in the house Your tech found it OUTSIDE

@XfinitySupport and on that same call... Tried to HUSTLE Me into 'Gifting' me a phone for being DIAMOND.. but I had to pay for activation and other fees & HE would not stop hustling me and got MAD . CALL = FIX INTERNET not buy more junk

@XfinitySupport the best part is calling in and getting someone that instead of trying to FIX the problem tells me that we have to get a better MODEM. OURS is YOURS we pay for it monthly.. Great CS

@XfinitySupport Cancellations, Modem Issues, service associates that make the issues worse, ongoing issues 6+ weeks Problem identified by your tech, temporary line WEEKS no installatoin paying over $320 a month for WHAT .. CS is awful BTW
