@LNER But there was no rudnesss. -is what I was getting at, but If you work with public you have to handle them correctly - I was cabin crew IVE seen aggression in the public it’s not nice
@LNER I think customer service is key. . People get irate generally because questions aren’t answered and even the staff are rude ( general obs) but some are not and it does make a massive difference - I was on an LNER after my train was cancelled I didn’t see any staff 🤷🏼♀️

@dancingdiva80 Hi Alex, it depends on whether you choose not to travel but still do albeit with a delay - You can claim for a full refund through our website if you're unable to travel but you can apply for Delay Repay if you still do but with a 30+ minute delay ^AB
@TPEassist Ok thank you - so if your train is cancelled and you get on another TPE but it’s 30 min + over your original departure time you can claim for that delay ? And if you couldn’t get another TPE train therefore you not used your ticket you can claim that back ?
@DuncanBannatyne Whole of the train service is a farce . Last night at Edi was a frenzy trying to get on the train- people were pushing in and not letting peeps off the train so we could get on and trying to get on through crowds of people - the staff had no control whatsoever .
What is going on? My pregnant daughter arrived in Edinburgh to catch 6.52am to Milton Keynes but u cancelled it So she caught next train to Glasgow so she travel to MK from there but you stopped it in Preston. She is still sat there 5 hrs later no explanation, apology, nada.
