@VioVet1 ...which is a birthday present for a friend that is now past her birthday. I am beyond frustrated and asked to be kept informed of progress, I understand that covid has caused problems and customer services working from home but this is appalling service!

@VioVet1 Order #13480747 which arrived this morning and again a red one and not a green one, took me over an hour to get through after being disconnected 3 times and was told to email again as it is a supplier problem, so now waiting to hear if I'm going to get the correct item..

@VioVet1 first order Order #13395630 was delivered wrong bird feeder, red not green that i ordered, then spoke to someone who was not helpful but told me to email with photos which i did! still, no reply, rang again and spoke to someone who sent me another one ....

@FootLockerEU bought some trainers for my sons birthday tomorrow, you delivered the wrong ones and I've sent them back but it is impossible to speak to anyone about it and haven't had a reply to my email, waited over an hour to get through on the phone only to be cut off.... Help
