If you want clear skin, you need antioxidants. • Vitamin E (250 iu) • Vitamin C (500mg spread through the day) • CoQ10 (100mg) • Glycine (3-10g, for glutathione production) A big part of acne is your skin's oil oxidizing. When your skin's oil starts to oxidize, the damage spreads like a chain, one wrecked molecule attacking the next. Vitamin E steps in and breaks the chain, taking the hit. Each time it does, it gets spent. Vitamin C and CoQ10 recharge the used vitamin E, so it can keep its antioxidant properties. And ince a fat is oxidized, an enzyme has to fix the damage, and that enzyme runs on glutathione, your master antioxidant. Glutathione has to be constantly recharged, and how well you do that comes straight down to how good your metabolism is. Glycine is one of glutathione's three building blocks, and the one that is most often low.

they gave people 2000 IU vitamin D3 a day for 14 days to see if it lowers cortisol levels. the results?
