@JoshMcKenna7 Technically there isnt a letter of the law that actually covers that incident. He accidentally controls the ball with his arm and shoots and scores its hand ball, if its accidental and there's several passes then its not. He shoots for goal in the 1st phase I.e its handball

The handball law is absolutely all over the place.
The law says today wasn’t a handball, it obviously was a handball but the letter of the law says it’s not.
The referee followed the law, he gave the correct decision based on that.
That’s how bad the handball situation has got. It’s all over the place, No one knows anymore.
