🍄🟫 I made my own (not magic) mushrooms!!!
We saw @JeremyClarkson grow mushrooms on his farm and looked so fun
So I got this oyster mushroom grow box
Put the bag in water for 12 hours to activate it and then you just let it sit for 2-3 weeks and you get a batch of oyster mushrooms
It started making spores 🚂 today so I harvested them
Now I want a bigger bag to grow more 😊

🥖 I made my own baguettes!! Recipe for 4 baguettes with only 4 ingredients: - 1kg of flour - 16g of salt - 2g of yeast - 750ml water Put everything together in a bowl then stir and knead a lot Then 8-10 hours of rising and cover it and put it in a room temperature place Then take the dough out and cut it in 4 baguettes, then put them on a baking tray and pull/stretch them so they become long Then only 25 minute in oven at 250C/480F Make sure you time it right cause I started it at 5pm so had to put the dough in fridge to stop it from rising, so mine only rose 7 hours, but still good!
