Our Taxi picked a lady with her full squad: 4 toddlers + 1 bonus infant. The conductor decided she should squeeze into the back seat with us. Now, being the good, community-spirited villagers we are, we all nodded like saints and volunteered to help carry a child each. I carried the suspiciously calm-looking infant who immediately peed on me with sheer confidence. I screamed! Then the whole taxi attacked me; "It's a blessing!" "Favor!" One even said, "You'll get twins." I swallowed my pride, then quietly handed the child back before he upgrades the liquid blessing to something more solid 🙌

So today I sit in a talkative restaurant. On the same table with this beautiful stranger lady. She was acting classy, composed: No vex, she just stayed effortlessly proud. Then there was me: in my signature white shirt and impeccable dark-grey trouser, dressed both to kill and to outshine😂. Ready to seduce this woman into a conversation, with my ‘Nivea’ perfume and forged nonchalance. I sat: serene, self-possessed. With that hidden side eye focused the classy lady. Then the waiter reached our table to check on the customers. She asked: ‘Miss, can I add you a serviette?’ The beautiful lady replied: ‘Serviette? Do you want to kill me with food?’ Guys. I felt my life flash before my eyes 😂😂
