@SamsungDE @operatec Worst service and support ever, especially from @operatec who arranged a service call out day, did not show up or call, then said the replacement part was faulty, and made us call back daily to get a new time, which is then 3 weeks in the future.

Dealing with @SamsungDE & @operatec for a broken washingmachine. 6 weeks to repair, no exchange.
Left us with no a washingmachine & forced to use a laundromat. I am @ home recovering from surgery. Beyond unacceptable. Your own policy clearly states a 5-day repair window.
