🚨 BREAKING: The Trump DOJ is pushing hard to keep Andrew and Tristan Tate detained and denied bail in their extradition case Citing the new allegations in graphic detail, the U.S. prosecutors also pointed to evidence that they said suggests both brothers would have "strong incentives to flee" the United States should they be released from jail before their extradition proceedings play out. "Andrew Tate and his brother appear to have the financial means, and the will, to continue evading justice," prosecutors said. Prosecutors accuse both Andrew and Tristan of engaging in a coordinated campaign to identify and target their accusers, noting examples where they've used their large social media followings to go after specific individuals. And incredibly, the Tate's recent bragging about the "super yacht" they claim to be building may have backfired in a major way. "In addition to his well-documented world travels, in July 2026, Andrew Tate posted a video tour on social media of a $50 million, 41 metre super-yacht, 'Obsidian Blade,' which he is reported to be having built in Bodrum, Turkey, and which is reported to be due for completion in 2027," the filing says. This is a major blow for the Tates.
