@myfriendjanine Felt this for so long and it was 💯 burnout. I took a much needed 2 month break from social media and a constantly filled calendar and started feeling somewhat back to myself but it’s a JOURNEY. Nurture yourself however you need!! 💗💗💗

I’ve been an extrovert my whole life. Energized by friends and events and never happy being alone. For the past 2yrs, I’ve been the opposite. This change in my identity is confusing. I thought it was the pandemic. My therapist suggests burnout. Anyone else have this happen?
