Just hit #2 on the Substack charts 📈 I spent a month in the trenches on this investigation. Film, research, and every single map/chart made from scratch. This is the definitive and most detailed explanation of the war in Iran and the US' true goals: richardmedhurst.substack.com/p/how-the-us-p…

@sagewilyam @The_JBS @disclosetv They don’t refuse to procreate - they cannot afford to, because the elites have destroyed their standard of living. Same problem in Japan - the JP birth rate is 1.2 on average, but 1.8 among married couples.

Probably has to do with the fact that Europe is dying. White people are dying, all willingly, because they refuse to have children. It's either you let the continent die, or you import new people. I guess the leaders of the EU figure that, for the sake of society, it's best to have new people to replace the ones who refuse to populate the continent at even replacement level. To be honest, I can't blame them.

@desireefixler It’s not left wing vs right. It’s the ultra wealthy vs the rest, enabled by the management class.

The WEF agenda hasn’t changed. Climate talk may have been buried under AI at Davos last week, but it’s still core to the project. Don’t be fooled into thinking the WEF is “bipartisan.” It’s a left-wing global elite outfit pushing policies against voters: Net Zero, open borders, digital ID & CBDCs, DEI, and censorship. Different branding. Same collectivist agenda.
Børge Brende@borgebrende

Now that #Davos has come to a close, the message from this week feels even clearer. In my recent @FT op-ed, I wrote about the growing gap between global risks and our ability to act collectively. ft.com/content/e0eff2… @wef

Just finished simultaneously watching “Margin Call”, “The Big Short”, “Wall Street” and “The Wolf of Wall Street”. It was the single greatest (and most efficient) cinematic experience of my life. Highly recommend.

@BGatesIsaPyscho @grok Larry Fink did say, he only gets away with what is legal what the governments allow. So like everything else ruining our lives at the end of the day its government legislation, not so much the various organizations and people taking advantage of what our governments allow.

🚨 WEF - “The Future is Ai” “$600 Billion on Data Centres” Larry Fink - “it will be bigger” They are building data centres in huge numbers across the UK & Europe as well - ask yourself - why? Data Centres consume huge amounts of - hey @grok how many homes could be fed with water and energy - equal to that of one large data centre?

@RupertLowe10 Digital ID is the foundation of China's social credit system, which forces tens of thousands of young people to become homeless now. It's the first step Chinese government took to gain the total control of Chinese people.

@BernieSanders You can’t tax robots you idiot - the whole point is that that you don’t need to pay them a salary. All you can do is tax more the corporation which is increasing its profits by using robots instead of salaried workers.

Why would corporations like Amazon replace workers with robots? Pretty simple. Robots don’t need a wage, health care, time off, sick leave, Social Security, Medicare or unemployment benefits. Maybe it’s time to tax robots & use the revenue generated to help working families.

Most economists don't understand the accounting behind the banking system they claim to explain. I just demonstrated this by analyzing a mainstream economist's defense of the fractional reserve banking model using double-entry bookkeeping. George Selgin attempted to refute my claim that this model only works if loans are made in cash. He laid out a step-by-step argument claiming cash wasn't necessary. I tested each step using my Ravel software, which applies accounting rules to economic transactions. The result: His argument violated basic accounting principles at step 2. The fundamental equation—assets minus liabilities minus equity equals zero—made his proposed transaction impossible without introducing cash lending. Why this matters for business and policy: This isn't academic debate. These theoretical frameworks shape real policy discussions about government spending capacity, banking regulation, and financial system stability. When economists build models without accounting foundations, we get: Misguided austerity policies Confusion about government deficits Debates about whether banks should create money Paralysis in addressing economic challenges The deeper issue: Economics as a discipline evolved from thinkers like Adam Smith and Ricardo who explicitly treated money as a "veil over barter"—something to ignore rather than understand. This legacy means even dedicated professionals make mistakes about monetary dynamics. I've spent decades developing tools to bring accounting rigor to economic analysis. This video shows exactly why that matters. Watch the full breakdown: youtu.be/7uEVI9UDKnQ #Economics #Finance #MonetaryPolicy #BankingIndustry #FinancialAnalysis #EconomicTheory

@trussliz Seeing Brits attempt to lecture China on “democracy” and the importance of Taiwan’s independence, when they gave neither to HK, and are in the process of dismantling their own, makes me ashamed to come from the same country. You are a failed state.

When I sought to escape Britain's doom loop in 2022 through tax cuts, spending restraint and deregulation- it was sabotaged by the @bankofengland. They announced billions of gilt sales the day before the Mini-Budget and mis-regulated pensions which spooked the market. Now we are seeing the counterfactual. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

LLMs' true usefulness is correlated w the level of expertise of the user. If you aren't domain expert, you'd have no idea if it's bullshitting & you have no way to verify the claims. It can be an useful tool, but a stretch to call it intelligent, let along general intelligence.

Digital ID must be stopped. ▪️We don’t want our taxes to be used for it. ▪️We didn’t vote for it. ▪️We don’t want our data to be harvested or put at risk by it. ▪️We don’t want our freedoms to be controlled by a government QR code. ▪️We don’t want to become like China.

@Nihonpolitics My concern is that Sanseito will concede their progressive economic policies in order to get what they want on social and foreign policy, with the result that nothing will be done to improve the living standards of ordinary Japanese.

Takaichi Sanae was elected with a single goal (and fear) in mind: to win back conservative voters who’ve drifted to parties like Sanseito. She must deliver, while keeping Komeito, increasingly uneasy, within the coalition. asahi.com/articles/ASTB4…
