We canceled a 100k/yr SaaS this year. We only used about 10-15% of the features. I vibe coded up a replacement for that subset in about a week and it was better because we were able to customize it more to our work flow and preferences.

I’m shorting all the bullshit SaaS companies there is no technical moat for your developer tools & CRM slop. They are all going to get eaaaaaaaten by upstarts & internal vibe coded tools. The Software as a Service era is over.. & it will be replaced by new Service as Software companies that will make even more profits.
