A lot of people got into crypto because someone told them a story. Banking the unbanked, giving economic identity to billions. Decentralisation, distribution, mass adoption, blockchain for the people, cutting out the middleman etc.. That story was powerful and it made people believe. But stories without execution are just stories. hundreds of millions of crypto owners worldwide and almost all of it is still speculation. The industry talks about real world utility, financial inclusion, Talks and talks and talks. Name me one project outside of Bitcoin and Ethereum that's actually doing it. One. I can and its @WorldMobileTeam. 3 million daily active users, 130,000+ AirNodes, 15+ countries, real customers paying real money for real connectivity. A top two blockchain by daily active users, soon to be number one with nobody close enough to see us from where they're standing. The vision you believed in didn't die. It just moved. World Mobile didn't promise the future, we built it. Fundamentals this strong don't stay quiet. They never have in any market, in any asset class, in any era. It's not a question of if, it's when, and the answer is closer than most people think. If you believe in what crypto was supposed to be, stop watching and start standing. World Mobile is on track to become the most used blockchain on the planet. By daily active users, we will surpass every blockchain in existence. Including Bitcoin. Including Ethereum. Let that sit with you. We're only just getting started. $WMTx $BTC $ETH $ADA

A major new paper reframes aging as a systems failure of epigenetic information. Not wear and tear but a software problem. This is what the Information Theory of Aging predicts and, if correct, means aging is reversible. Let's dive in... 🧵

Longer is not always better. @harvardmed doc @pnatarajanmd measured telomere lengths across the USA and discovered something really interesting! 👇 Shorter telomeres (in white blood cells) were associated with higher risk of heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, pulmonary fibrosis, kidney disease, certain neurodegenerative diseases & were more common in people with European & south Asian ancestry. Longer telomeres were associated with higher risk of several cancers, including melanoma, lung, glioma leukemia & more often found in individuals of African & certain Latin American ancestries. Conclusion: Telomere length is a tradeoff. Too short and you are predisposed to degenerative diseases. Too long and you're at increased cancer risk. Thus, telomere length is not a simple “longer is better” aging biomarker Parts of the West Coast trend longer, while areas like Florida and the Southeast show shorter telomeres. But overall, telomere length is driven mainly by ancestry and genetics, not geography. You can get your telomere length measured with a simple blood test @NatureGenet nature.com/articles/s4158…

@UnityNodesIO @telecomgt Why ban physical phones running on /24 ip ranges? That doesn't make any sense. These ranges are non-datacenter, non-VPN legit IPs.

Unity Network
Unity Network@UnityNodesIO·
During routine network monitoring, we identified operators running thousands of synthetic devices through VPNs, emulators, and /24 IP ranges. These devices were affecting the commercial value of the network. Those accounts have now been addressed, and the network is recalibrating. Please bear with us during this process as reward distribution normalises for genuine operators. Why This Matters Synthetic activity undermines the commercial value of the entire network. When partners and customers detect synthetic devices, it erodes their confidence in the data and the network itself. Protecting network integrity protects your earning potential. Please note, there is no limit to the number of devices you may run from a single IP range; however, if a partner or customer determines that your devices are synthetic rather than real-world, it may affect or limit your ability to receive tasks. To maximise reward potential, we recommend running no more than approximately 10 to 20 devices per network subnet, using real telephones, whether headless (for example, those without screens) or fully functional (with screens). What's Ahead As the network recalibrates, tasks will begin flowing back to legitimate ULOs rather than being consumed by synthetic operators. Your existing telemetry tasks will continue to run as normal. On top of this, we're preparing several new task types for release in the near term, including Scout & Runner (S&R) alongside additional WiFi and SIM powered tasks. Each new task type expands overall reward potential across the network. Unity Network remains dedicated to delivering a best-in-class edge network experience through the application, with web-based management platforms on the way. There are multiple exciting releases scheduled for March, April, and beyond that have not yet been communicated. We're also excited to announce that we'll be hosting an AMA with the founder of one of the new third-party projects - a partnership we believe will redefine what rewards mean for ULO operators. Questions? Submit them to the official channel using #AMA. Your questions will be answered at the UNO meeting on 7 April 2026. Details are available via the X post: x.com/UnityNodesIO/s… Your feedback matters. We're always working to improve the operator experience and reward structure. UNOs and ULOs, thank you for your continued support whilst we build out the largest smartphone-driven, multi-versatile, composable edge network.

There's been a lot of noise since the Spaces I hosted. Here's the clarity. I shared information with my community before anyone else because that's how I operate. That's respect. A raise was always on the cards. There are external parties in this raise and it happens regardless. We are giving the community and early backers the chance to participate first. Participation is voluntary. We are not asking you for money. The door is open. Walk through it or don't. Equity and WMTX are not the same thing. One is the company. The other is the economy. They don't compete, they feed each other. More customers, more nodes, more usage. All running on WMTX. Let me make this simple. WMTX remains the only token. The tokenomics remain the same. The EarthNodes remain the same. The AirNodes remain the same. The proportions to the sharing economy remain the same. Everything is the same. World Mobile is built by us. Run by us. Led by us. That NEVER changes. The decentralisation, the sharing economy, that is what makes World Mobile what it is. Lose that and you lose World Mobile. It wouldn't be of value to anyone. No investor, no shareholder, no token holder, nobody. That's why nothing changes. The only thing this does is make the flywheel spin faster and harder. For anyone wondering why we raise, here's one example. Stratospheric platforms. Hydrogen powered. World's largest airborne antenna. 500,000 customers served from the sky. Direct to handset. That's one piece of the puzzle. Carry on building.

Software horror: litellm PyPI supply chain attack. Simple `pip install litellm` was enough to exfiltrate SSH keys, AWS/GCP/Azure creds, Kubernetes configs, git credentials, env vars (all your API keys), shell history, crypto wallets, SSL private keys, CI/CD secrets, database passwords. LiteLLM itself has 97 million downloads per month which is already terrible, but much worse, the contagion spreads to any project that depends on litellm. For example, if you did `pip install dspy` (which depended on litellm>=1.64.0), you'd also be pwnd. Same for any other large project that depended on litellm. Afaict the poisoned version was up for only less than ~1 hour. The attack had a bug which led to its discovery - Callum McMahon was using an MCP plugin inside Cursor that pulled in litellm as a transitive dependency. When litellm 1.82.8 installed, their machine ran out of RAM and crashed. So if the attacker didn't vibe code this attack it could have been undetected for many days or weeks. Supply chain attacks like this are basically the scariest thing imaginable in modern software. Every time you install any depedency you could be pulling in a poisoned package anywhere deep inside its entire depedency tree. This is especially risky with large projects that might have lots and lots of dependencies. The credentials that do get stolen in each attack can then be used to take over more accounts and compromise more packages. Classical software engineering would have you believe that dependencies are good (we're building pyramids from bricks), but imo this has to be re-evaluated, and it's why I've been so growingly averse to them, preferring to use LLMs to "yoink" functionality when it's simple enough and possible.
Daniel Hnyk@hnykda

LiteLLM HAS BEEN COMPROMISED, DO NOT UPDATE. We just discovered that LiteLLM pypi release 1.82.8. It has been compromised, it contains litellm_init.pth with base64 encoded instructions to send all the credentials it can find to remote server + self-replicate. link below

The final Spark AirNode sale is officially set for April 1st 👀 After that, no more direct drops. Right as people are waking up to ~40% USD returns, supply is getting locked up fast. We just moved another 500 Sparks. World Mobile Alliance still has inventory… for now. This window is closing quicker than most think… worldmobilealliance.io/airnodes/

Yesterday @MrTelecoms dropped something I genuinely didn’t expect. World Mobile Group is planning a fundraising round that enables its community to participate — not a token sale, but equity in the company itself. That caught me off guard. My reaction was mixed at first. On one hand — this is exactly what I’ve always wanted. To own a piece of a company like this. A real business, with a bold mission and a team actually building something meaningful. I’ve always looked at early investors in companies like Google, PayPal or Tesla and thought: they weren’t just lucky — they believed early. That idea suddenly feels… closer now. And that’s exciting. But I’ll be honest — my first thought was also concern. What about the people who’ve supported World Mobile from day one? Those who believed in the sharing economy and went in early — do they get diluted or left behind? After thinking it through — I don’t believe that’s the case. If anything, they stand to benefit the most. World Mobile isn’t replacing what exists. They are adding another layer on top. Zooming out a bit. Building something at this scale takes time. Most successful companies need years before things really click: 2–5 years to break even 5–10 years to reach real scale 7–10+ years for global recognition Even the giants took their time: Amazon → ~9 years to profitability Facebook → ~9 years to IPO Twitter → ~12 years to first annual profit Nothing about this timeline is unusual. What is unusual is the pace World Mobile has been moving at. Without massive VC backing or big-name hype, they’ve: - proven their model across multiple continents - built real-world infrastructure (100k+ nodes) - pushed new telecom tech (including stratospheric solutions) - reached millions of users as the 2nd most used blockchain They aren’t a “crypto project” anymore. The company has evolved and continues evolving into a serious, global telecom business. And that shift matters. To me, this move looks like the next logical step: Opening the door for real capital, real ownership and the kind of growth that follows. I don’t know all the details yet — this is just my personal take. But stepping back… this feels less like a risk and more like a major green flag. World Mobile Group is not a company it’s a list of companies (credit to @TheADA_ACE for the list): Mobile Network Org World Mobile Chain Ltd in the UK World Mobile Group Ltd in the UK World Mobile Networks, LLC in Delaware for U.S. telecom operations World Mobile, Inc. in Delaware as part of that ownership chain World Mobile Treasury Services Ltd in Gibraltar for treasury / staking-linked services Combined Space Technology Ltd / World Mobile Stratospheric for the aerial-connectivity JV. 18.5% of Cuentas Inc. and many more… Now let’s wait for more details and the @WMTxLady to enlighten us with more in depth take on this topic! Thank you for reading this whole thing.
