Thanks to @rtggeek for having me on the podcast. Whilst I certainly don't have all the answers about adopting automation, hopefully you find some different perspectives in what was discussed.

One thing we often hear about automation is that its hard because there are so many different interfaces. We have been playing with labs running on GKE lately to make sure c9s can run on the cloud-managed clusters as easy, as on the private ones. With @PulumiCorp (or any IaC), deploying a cluster on-demand is a matter of a single click and 10-ish minutes of patience to get it done.
