@microcenter I have definitely not been in a MicroCenter store since I replied "stop" to the previous communication, and got the confirmation that my subscription had been ended. You definitely have failed processes which need fixing.

@Mike___Weaver @theHONYOCKER the Fediverse has lots of activity (including bike folks) *and* lets me mute posts with political content, and is distributed, and lets me support my favorite instance so I understand the business model, and gives me strictly reverse chronological posts from people I follow.

Hey @Zoom, I would feel way better about my upcoming subscription renewal if I wasn't gonna be paying extra for all of the "AI" hogwash. Would happily pay last year's rates without the LLM and calendaring stuff. And I'm actively looking for alternatives that my audience can use.

@Lowes wanna shout out to Kat Bloom at your Cotati CA store for going above and beyond in trying to locate a product your website said was in stock. Staff was clearly run ragged, but she stayed with it. Really made us feel valued as customers.

@theHONYOCKER Looks like the DA's office is claiming roughly 13/100k last year, vs 23.3 for Covid, 13.3 for pneumonia and flu, 11.4 for liver issues (alcohol?) and 14 for suicide. And 31.3 for "uninintentional injuries" (I'm guessing mostly automobile violence). What's the political ax here?
