Building my language-learning app in public. MRR is stuck at 168€. Today I simplified the onboarding flow and noticed more people made it to the second step. Biggest lesson: fewer choices = less friction. Next up: getting the app in front of more users. I’ll keep sharing the real numbers and what I learn along the way.
