@louisetickle @BBCPanorama Herefordshire Council did not apply for interim care orders for my step-children in 2019 after my youngest step-daughter was shaken at the hands of her step-father, because in their words, “they were unsure if she would survive”!!! How is this an acceptable reason!!!
