been on call with ur mgrs for 40 mins. insist they emailed.i never received!have offered to send me a copy of invoice for £100s u have taken in 3-5 days! How can u b allowed to take £ from a persons bank without them agreeing or cancel contract without the individuals permission

The response from @TalkTalk senior management was that I would receive a call back in 3-5 working days to discuss. What’s the point in that when you have already taken money from my personal account which i did not agree to. Literally have been robbed

Absolutely disgraceful service from @TalkTalk. I moved house a few weeks ago and they have allowed another person to cancel my account and charged £100s in cancellation charges which have been debited from my account without my permission or knowledge. DO NOT trust them
