@PostOffice I’ve had a parcel delivered to a Post Office which is a Christmas present but the Royal Mail and DPD apps show incorrect opening hours and I’m now not going to have presents in time for Christmas - What can we do about this?

@WoodStPO @PostOffice Were in 2025 - I don’t expect to have to visit a premise to see if they’re open If there are seasonal opening hours update them on all platforms - There’s no excuse when platforms like Google prompt the owner to do so

@PostOffice @dannycapewell The branch hasn’t closed early - that’s there opening hours for CHRISTMAS EVE. Nothing to complain about unfortunately. Each branch sets their own seasonal hours.

Just been taking my daughter for breakfast as it’s her birthday. Haven’t been on my phone, and return to see the deluge of notifications and messages. I see it’s the usual threats, insults and abuse.
