@WilsonKM2 There was a mention at ATAC in the last couple months of something coming to Council "this fall" that would probably recommend a "short-term" option and a "long-term" option.

I'm compiling a list of timeline and cost estimates for the bridge flyover (what a whacky decade its been!).
Do we know the current timeline? Currently I have "2024" which seems unlikely in November if 2023, and "the funding goes away in 2028"

So, limited bike access to the MacDonald Bridge has been a thing for like 25 years, and a lot of "I thought about it for 20 seconds and this I easy" solutions have cropped up. I have: Switch sides with pedestrian lane Share with peds Just cut the fence Am I missing any?

There's not anything about medical emergencies specifically but there are around "young" (30%), aggressive (30%), and distracted (~12%) factors.

@Rossitus We are starting to look into this, got an assessment booked. What were the main sources of delay? People too busy to do the work? Or other things? Anything you'd do differently?

From beginning to end the process to get heat pumps installed and federal grants delivered took exactly one year.
All in all the greener homes program is a great thing, and we experienced decent customer service, but boy those wait times are long.
