Won my first hackathon at 13. Tried turning pro in StarCraft 2 at 15. Graduated Highschool at 17. First startup at 18, first funding at 22, leading 15-engineer team at 24. Now CTO of Clera - still building, still hungry, 24/7.

@typesense Also thinking of open sourcing our Terraform Config for easy deploys. Kudos to the typesense team, we are fans.

Using @typesense? Kept struggling with MCP and handling of our coding agents. Thus, we published this package here: @clera/typesense-cli?activeTab=readme" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">npmjs.com/package/@clera… Give it a look

Thinking of build the best Job Description of the world. Talent cockpit, no searching left and right. What does it need to include 100%? What are current ones always missing?

I get more and more convicted - to stand out, you either need to be fully provokative (the rebel) or fully visionary (the futurist). Everything else doesn't cut through the noise.

A founder hiring on Clera told us their #1 filter for engineers: "Have you built something strangers paid for?" Not FAANG. Not LeetCode. A real side project with real revenue. Here's why that works so well 🧵

@arsenisan Completely crazy. Opus 4.5 in Cursor vs CC: Cursor is done prior CC has started.

Claude Code so slow for the last 14 days. Going from 20x Engineer to 0.5x Engineer. Holy fck.

@danwintermeyer Same boat 😅 Try smaller repos + parallel sessions for different tasks. And clearing conversation history helps. Still beats my 0.1x pre-AI days though 🤷

What's the move here? Back to Cursor, Antigravity, or some Vim play?

Is it me or does it get increasingly difficult to find local communities? Arrived in Buenos Aires a couple of days ago - how do I find the following: * Hackathons * Engineering Events * Run Clubs This used to be easier, wasn’t it?

Fun fact: OpenAI handles 800 million users on ChatGPT with just one PostgreSQL primary and 50 read replicas 🤯 Today, OpenAI published an engineering blog explaining how they scaled their Postgres setup to support a massive 800 million users using a single primary and 50 multi-region replicas. They dive into details around their scaling approach, the PgBouncer proxy, cache locking, and cascading read replicas. It is genuinely neat and impressive. I just published a video on my YouTube channel where I dissect the blog and break down the nuances. Give it a watch - it is short and fun.

99% of people are playing a losing game and don't even know it. They wait for things to break. Here's why that's about to change 🧵

I've been using Claude Code since Monday. Three days in, I hit my Pro tier limit and upgraded to Max😃. Not because I wanted to test more. Because I had work I couldn't finish without it. The terminal interface isn't for everyone. Cowork fixes that gap. Safety improvements like delete protection? That's what makes this production-ready.

@bcherny How do you _guarantee_ it will never delete without permissions? My impression is LLMs aren’t the best at always following instructions
