So after this @Dell disaster, I am looking for an alternative editing laptop. Does anyone have any suggestions for a lightweight 15 inch editing machine? Was planning on getting an XPS 15 but trying to order from them has been one error after another.

In need of a new editing computer and @Dell has royally screwed me! They sent a laptop with the wrong specs after I spoke with a rep on the phone twice and pointed out the error. I needed this before the 25th. I'll have to order all of my studio equipment from another company.

@TeamYouTube Creator Support said they do not have access to that information. Is it top-secret? 👽 The question still remains... what happened to our partner manager? So far all I have heard is Kafkaesque non-responses. Were creators dropped from the program and not told?

@TeamYouTube But the reason given for my demonetization (not application) is so generic. I don't see how my thumbnails are different to other similar creators, nor how they are misleading. If my case has been reviewed carefully, why isn't there more constructive feedback?
