What good is it if you’re doing band aid solutions?
Here is a supposed video from telegram showcasing that IG has only removed the “Get Support” AI button from the front end and kept the password reset in the backend

It has been straight exploit after exploit, Meta has given AI so much power to take over any account & claim any possible username
We still have not received any public announcement in regards to these exploits and breaches.

Seems it's not patched, there's a rough number of accounts still being actively targeted.
Even if you have authenticator, keep watch as they are somehow bypassing and doing support requests on your account without having FA to it.
Bums like this are able to see PII aswell.

yes they got a link to change my password and they did, but due to MFA and doing the face verification, they weren’t able to get in

I have been hacked somehow when having 2FA on my account. There is a bug / exploit going around where anyone can login and change your password. @instagram
I lost my user @darkrai from this bug and cannot do anything about it, please fix this shit

you could literally run on a burner account and just spam this

@madcat516 @instagram yep i fell victim for it, i just saw it happen now and had my friend experiment. I just did not expect it to bypass 2fa entirely
that is what is annoying me right now, them being able to swap and bypass 2fa entirely whilst I changed pass 5 times in the space of 10 mins
