@2AFDN Ummm… Caetano v. Massachusetts. I don’t think SCOTUS could have been clearer on this one.

In Calce v. City of New York, the Second Circuit has ruled that SAF and the other plaintiffs “failed to provide any evidence that stun guns and tasers are in common use” and therefore, on the summary judgment record before it, “no reasonable jury could return a verdict that stun guns and tasers are presumptively protected by the Second Amendment.” SAF, of course, strongly disagrees with the Court's analysis, which improperly places the common use analysis in the plain text inquiry rather than the historical analysis step. We will be reviewing the decision and our next options in the case soon.

Getting ready to head to @NSSF in Washington DC to lobby Congress. Shall not be infringed sounds pretty simple to me. Not sure what the confusion is.

There is something wrong with this picture. In my experience USAF flyers wore American flags on the left arm. Squadron patches on the right shoulder or right arm. Who ever did this got their click bait.

@SawyerMerritt It does not sound like they learned the right lessons. They got a fair bit of the ICE similar part correct. The mistakes were trying to squeeze a little more efficiency out at a significant cost and styling and trim more like a Prius and less like F150

@niccruzpatane And the Tesla they ripped apart represents old technology. They should have looked at the cyber truck with POE devices.

We had prejudice. We'd gone to our supply-chain person and said, "Buy another wiring harness." [Tesla] said, "Let's design the vehicle for the lowest, smallest battery." Totally different approach.”

People wonder why good rifles cost good money. Every test cycle for our DS-25 MFR burns through over a thousand dollars in ammo. Reload and repeat until it is just right.

@ScannerBrevard anyone know why an F16/F18 (?) was flying @ -200feet altitude like a bat outta hell across Viera West about an hour ago? Heading 270deg then banked hard to 200deg.
