Insted of looking into venting problems they blame my bacement that's been unchanged since 2022 when I moved in and other items that been there since 2009 I'm tired of this and scared for when it fails again... @RelianceCares lmao no they do not...

And all some of the techs say... Get a tank less... I don't want one the old one failed due to age and venting problems! ... New one failing because sensor is failing reading flamabal gas... But only when it's cold... And been windy very windy...

You know you got trauma from @RelianceCares hotwater tanks when you go to have a shower in the winter and never know of its still functioning.. Old one went out nearly 12x new one has went out nearly 6x in a year (old one 2007-25 new one 2025-26)
