after a month of getting the run around I have now been forced to start legal proceedings against @easyJet for wrongfully being denied boarding. I highly recommend not flying with easyJet.

@WILLIAMT2004 @easyJet They refused me boarding as well saying I didn’t have the correct documentation and I did. 10 minutes before flight. Had to use Ryanair to get me back ( same documentation no issues ) . Support is refusing to provide compensation and is not listening or being helpful.

I was denied boarding on an @easyJet flight from Kraków→Bristol (11:30 pm) flight EXY2938 despite presenting all required travel documents and ETA approved.This appears to be human error, leaving me to book a hotel and a last‑minute flight with another airline at my own expense.
