@GoibiboSupport @GoibiboSupport you should change your username from goibibo care to goibibo scam. Only thing I am getting is "please given us 48 hrs" . Not sure how many more 48 hrs you will need to process a simple refund.

@GoibiboSupport It's been more than 48 hrs. It seems these processes are deliberately designed in a way that customer gets tired and stop asking for refund. My flight was cancelled by @flyspicejet more than 15 days ago and refund has still not been processed. @jagograhakjago

Hi Darshan, we have processed the full refund of INR 5,725 from our end towards the travel agency account (Travelogy Online Private Limited) dated 29th Dec'25. This further shall be refunded to you as per their terms of contract. You are requested to contact your travel agent for a refund claim. You may write back to us in case the agency does not assist with the refund. We regret any trouble.

@GoibiboSupport @GoibiboSupport I don't want any more updates. Last time you had mentioned you will resolve this in 24 hrs but I got call today after 48 hrs. I don't want another update call after 2-3 days. I want my money back.

@MoCA_GoI @MoCA_GoI Appreciate the quick response. But shouldn’t refunds be seamless instead of passengers chasing them for 10 days? If a flyer cancels hours before takeoff, full fare is lost — but when @flyspicejet cancels last minute, no penalty & we still chase refunds. Unfair, right?

@goibibo @flyspicejet To make things worse, Goibibo’s refund page shows ₹4076 instead of ₹5076! Why is ₹1000 missing? I paid the full amount — I expect a full refund, not unexplained deductions. (Attached screenshots.) #Goibibo #RefundScam
