In case anyone is checking, not using Twitter has really improved my life. I've been happier, less ranty, calmer. Not deleting, but I'll leave it a bit longer. Hopefully there's a way to just interact with friends and you cool people on here and skip the many negatives. Peace🤍

This site is very angry-making. Time for a nice long break I think. I managed to quit FB, I can probably quit Twitter too.

@dartacus @DudgeChong @SkyNews Necessary at the start, as a bridge to gaining immunity in the populations eldest/most vulnerable. But I believe went on for too long, became knee jerk, default & are now a political tool as much as anything else. As a result have caused more longer term harms all over than good.

When I was a kid, I used to think that you were given a young-sounding name when you were born, something like Ben, but when you became an old man, you had to change it to something like Arthur or Seth.

The Met Police won’t be telling the public about new partygate fines until after the local elections. In other words: the Met is suppressing information that could swing voters against the Conservatives. Another institution that seems to hold voters and democracy in contempt.

I was on a dating app and a guy jokingly wrote “what should we name our first child?” as his intro message and I had to tell him that in fifth grade I lost a bet to my best friend Hannah and have to without question name my first born child Megatron and then the man unmatched me
