@Citi After this experience I will not be using citi to hold large amounts of money or make any purchases. Good thing it was only $25.00. But it truly speaks volumes to how Citi treats customers in 2026.

@Citi @WellsFargo I just want to say thank you wells Fargo for actually looking out for your customers! I had an issue with a merchant for hundreds of dollars I placed the claim and got my money back. I have been trying to get my 25.00 back for over a MONTH with citi!

@Citi @Xfinity It has been over 30 days and I have NOT received my REFUND!! This is absurd. I payed the deposit. Techs NEVER came todo install I cancel install and go with astound! And when I had an issue like this unlike Citi Wells Fargo gave me my money back instantly!

@wmata @wmataGM prime example of wasteful spending metro transit. Why are so many officers DRIVING around in SUV’s?? Wmata needs 0 officers driving around all local jurisdictions are perfectly cable of patrolling the streets. Transit officers need to be on trains and at stations

@wmata @wmataGM Is metro NOT federally and locally funded through DC,MD and VA?? Last time I checked I pay federal and local taxes! How can you charge citizens for something we have already funded? The worst part is all the drivers who also pay for a system they don’t use.

@wmata @wmataGM after seeing the incident at metro center. I completely don’t understand how this entire system was built on a 2 track layout! We clearly knew 3 tracks are what’s needed for efficient transportation, Like with over 30 min delays why were allAffectedStationsNotFree

@limebike we need a way to report people who are not following the rules far to often I walk to a location displaying where a bike/scooter will be for it to be locked inside someone house or apartment building. We need a way to report them to get them OFF the app😡

@wmata @wmataGM Sooo…what I found out is that WMATA employees cannot directly call 911 to avoid immediate press. Transit authorities/officials notify news outlets later. For instance/example, if a train operator or metro employee witness a murder they mustContactTransitNot911😡

@wmata @wmataGM I don’t even understand how the federal and local governments funded a metro system with only 2 tracks!! I mean they already knew what would work and that was 3 tracks like in NEW YORK! but somehow what’s (newer) built with 2 tracks and daily interruptions

@wmata @wmataGM yall got to do better communicating with customers!! I am tired of getting LATE information the train operator KNEW there was an issue but saying nothing until we get right before the broken signal!! I could have got off but NO yall to incompetent todo anything!
