Don’t ever let anyone talk down to you about how much smarter/better NFL front offices are at scouting than the general public.

NEWS: Russell Wilson is in deep discussions to go into television, which could mark the end of what is likely a Hall of Fame career as an NFL quarterback, sources briefed on the talks told @AndrewMarchand.

Louis Riddick said at the combine he was watching RBs run routes and one guy stuck out to where he asked himself “Why is there a WR with the RBs?” That “WR” was Jeremiyah Love🫶🔥 He’s that good… @LRiddickESPN 🤝

@StevePalazzolo_ I saw you talking about reaches on day 2 blocking TEs. I'm curious if you have any data on whether the NFL is even good generally at identifying good blocking TEs. Marlin Klein, for example, never had a PFF run blocking grade above 60 in his career

Jalen Hurts has a 123.7 passer rating throwing over the middle since 2022. 2nd in the NFL. The “he can’t throw over the middle” crowd is gonna hate this one 👀

One big talking point from this Draft is the teams that took their guys and trusted "their" boards vs "consensus". Bears, Rams, Jags, and most notably -- 49ers -- had the largest Deltas between their picks and where the Consensus Big Boards listed. All playoff teams in '25. 🤷🏼♂️

The idea that the Rams should have punted on a future QB they love in the name of a “win-now” WR is shortsighted and foolish. No rookie can be expected to swing his team’s championship probability that much.

When most NFL teams worked together to scout players, Al Davis refused to join. Instead, only using Raiders personnel’s player grading to make decisions. Not relying on others. “We refused to be part of that” 🎥 NFL Films “Al Davis’ Eye for NFL Draft Talent”

Jaguars are reading the consensus board upside down
