@giovannibassi No, it really isn't. Europeans have no idea how rich Americans are in comparison. And perhaps the Portugese less than most. Just ask @levelsio 😂

Mitochondria aren’t just the powerhouses of our cells. They are the link between energy and the human experience. This week, we published a video on The Science and Experience of Energy YouTube channel that gives an overview of this idea. youtube.com/watch?v=zWkVoA… Interested in learning more? Below are two articles from our Substack archives that touch on this topic and may stimulate your thinking while we’re on our summer publishing pause this month. • A New View of Mental Illnesses as Disorders of Brain Energy: tseenergy.substack.com/p/a-new-view-o… • Feeling Energy and Bringing People Together: tseenergy.substack.com/p/feeling-ener… Thank you for being part of this movement to highlight the importance of mitochondria and energy in our health and what it means to be human!

It’s sad to see what Germany has lost. In 1955, only ten years after the war, the country was devastated but it still had direction, identity, and the will to rebuild. The real problem is not foreigners themselves. Uncontrolled immigration has created serious problems today, but the responsibility lies with the politicians who allowed it, ignored the consequences, and traded the future of a nation for short-term political interests. Germany was not betrayed by ordinary people searching for a better life. It was betrayed by leaders who refused to protect their own country.
