Why Nodemonkes are Digital Real Estate An analysis, read below 👇 While floor price is often seen as a barometer for collection performance this metric alone fails to capture the nuanced dynamics that defines a truly coveted collection. Specifically, the premium prices paid for certain traits and the rarity of their listings offers a better picture of the collections desirability and longevity. The behavior of @nodemonkes collectors mirrors that of Class A real estate investors in several key ways. Real estate investors seek properties in prime locations with key demand drivers and architectural significance.
