Haters will see Chris Brown’s 64M monthly listeners on Spotify. Multiple Grammys, 123 Hot 100 entries. 4 #1 albums. 200M records sold worldwide. 40+ billion streams and hundreds of awards. And try to convince you he doesn’t have a successful career lmao

Not bad truthfully. Chris Brown is 20+ years into his career and outselling/on Par with first week sales for today’s R&B artists. This is also 25k more than “11:11” sold in its first week. I’d call this a win.

Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson's birthday is 2 days away! May 4th She will be 96 years old and just 4 years to 100 years old. Sadly, she has witnessed the death of 4 of her family. Her son Brandon Jackson (died hours after premature birth in 1957), Baby boy (Michael Jackson) 2009 Husband (Joe) Pancreatic cancer, 2018 Second son (Tito) Heart attack in 2024 She has been to 4 family funerals. Out of 10 children, our beloved Katherine is now left with 7 and no husband 🫂 . . But she takes so much strength and has refused to leave this world, until she sees all her extended family making great feats, which currently they are doing. Her children, her grandchildren and great grandchildren are all exceptionally talented and she's going to wait it out as long as she can, as the fighter that she is Recently, she just watched a biopic that her grandson (Jaafar) acted in, for the honour of her son (Michael Jackson) I mean, that's the biggest closure any grieving parent can ever get for their deceased. And I'm glad Katherine gets to witness this before she leaves this world 🫂 . . . I appreciate you very much for taking your time out of your busy schedules to read these rare contents, for the honor of Michael Jackson and his family. We all miss him and we can only be closer to him by being closer to his works and legacy as an human. Thank you very much once again for honoring Michael Jackson especially in these periods🫂 I appreciate you soo much. Don't forget to stay hydrated todayy 💦 You can kindly check out my profile to read/watch more about Michael Jackson's and the Jackson's family extremely rare stories with people, events, places and apparently... His pet Chimpanzee.. Haha😃 I'm dedicating at least 3 weeks to uncovering these rare buried stories. It's the least I can do to repay the impacts that Michael Jackson has done for me and the entire world.

@MUSICANDBUILDS He's not even great. He's decent. The only reason why he gets compared to MJ is because he releases an album every year. Michael didn't have to do that. No Male singer can touch MJ fan base wise.

@stahhr @Southside_Gunn I disagree. She has a nice tone. She's no Patti but that's be real: we as Black folk don't support that kind of singing nowadays. Well at least the younger generation of Blacks don't. She's appealing to her fam base and those will support her and appreciate her voice.

@Southside_Gunn I never got the appeal. Seemed like folks were fetishizing her because she racially and sexually ambiguous. Her voice is flat.

Album Review for Kehlani by Kehlani Respectfully, we’ve reached a point where we need to have a conversation about her music. Yes, the album is soulful (in some cases), yes the album has some interesting features, but overall the album is really missing one thing and it’s glaring. Creativity! This album, from a production standpoint, is bland and lacks true varied sound quality. Out of 17 tracks more than half the album sounds virtually the same in either the beat, the cadence, vocally, or in song structure. It feels like one long ass run-on sentence and that’s very unfortunate considering how well versed Kehlani actually is. Majority of the features didn’t help because you have more of an upbeat sound and a bunch of rappers trying to match methodical vocals on a single track. Now it’s not all bad. Lyrically she’s really touching on some new feelings of joy so it’s not all doom and gloom and you can hear the growth in her music. She’s not the same woman she once was and that allows her music to have a different tone and perspective on what happening to and around her. Leon Thomas adds a pretty nice feature, as does Brandy but honestly the album just feels stuck in a place of redundancy. People who are fans of her will tell you that you’re wrong for not liking this and I’m gonna be honest, they’re tripping. Using known sample flips and having bland music is crazy, but that’s where we are with this. Final Score: 3.5/10

@BlameEricLamont I will have to disagree. To me, this was her weakest album. It was all over the place while trying to stay that Ashanti formula. Only U, Every Lil Thing, U, Don't Leave Me Alone and Still Down are good cuts but outside of that, it falls flat. She shoulda released it in 2005.

- Don’t Let Them - Only U - Don’t Leave Me Alone - Wonderful Remix What should have been a rebrand and musical reinvention for Ashanti was really the beginning of the end with The Inc. The new sound she locked into with 7 was exactly where she needed to be. Nobody had a record on the radio at that time that sounded like “Only U”. I wish she had continued in that direction with her next record but it would be another 4 years before we got there due to label issues. IYKYK. One of Ashanti’s best albums.
