Nigel Farage wants an “attitudinal change” less work-life balance, no working from home, more grind. 🚨 But working from home isn’t a lifestyle demand, it’s a business decision. Employers choose it bc it: • saves money on office space • widens the talent pool • improves retention • raises productivity If WFH didn’t work, firms would drop it overnight. They haven’t bc the data says otherwise. Farage isn’t making an economic argument. He’s making a cultural grievance pitch bc he knows it winds up older voters who don’t get tech.

We are so short atm and the gaffer needs help with at least a couple in before DD.
From what I’ve seen of Milan Smit today he will need much better service & support up there he’s not the type of player to do it on his own so that requires a change of thinking from Robins.

Simply can’t understand why them changes were not made at half time, in fact, the 4 he brought on should have started the game. If robins does not learn from this he never will.
He needs to start and be pro active, not reactive every time we go goals down. It’s too late then.
