Incompetence, wilful ignorance, or malice? Any or all of them feels like gross negligence by a government prioritizing profit over public health. The Higgs government long ago abdicated their responsibility to protect their citizens. Disgraceful, but not entirely unexpected.

Perhaps Constitutional lawyers out there will find an example, but it seems to me this will be the first time a significant Supreme Court precedent will be overturned to remove a right from Americans. How could any US public servant feel good about participating in this?

Oh for God’s sake. There are many things wrong with this typo riddled document, but chief among them is the fact that Canadians do not have a right to free speech. It does not exist in this country. Five minutes looking at the constitution and they’d see that. Alas. 🤷♂️
