I’m sick to death of going round in circles with you @O2 - struggled online, instagram was just a bot, phone didn’t solve anything. How do you get away with such a poor service? I wish you put as much effort into providing a reliable mobile service as you do in promoting gigs!

I’ve been trying to do this the right way, but I have struggled to submit a complaint for three days straight. How can I get in touch with a complaint? I’ve already spoken on the phone, this hasn’t improved, why does your website and Mobile service work so poorly?! @O2

@GrahamSmyth Would love to know if they were given warnings, or just hit with the fine. Seems daft to punish a newly promoted club who are adjusting to Premier league rules.

@freshbooks using your software for the first time, this seems a little daft having the trash button so close to the review button?

@UPS_UK a note was left to say they attempted delivery, and would reattempt. That never happened. A driver came out recently to ask if I had received it, and made me sign a sheet of paper to say I hadn’t. The next thing I get is this email to say it was delivered. It wasn’t.
