@Trustpilot Trustpilot is a fan of destroying small businesses. There's a fake Trustpilot page for a domain that doesn't exist anymore. This domain looks like my company's domain, and now potential customers think it's our page. Trustpilot is dishonest and refuses to remove this fake page!

@mart16530 @Trustpilot Have you been responded to ? I want to be sure if they dropped a dm cause I need to chat them too

@Trustpilot Hi @trustpilot. A review using my account has gave easyJet a 5 star review which says “good customer service” and I did not write this review. This review was written at the exact say time that love holidays were provided screenshot confirmation of an easyJet flight name change

@aun_hyder7 Some company aren't supposed to exist at all all they do is scam scam scam f▪︎▪︎k them all

@Trustpilot @advicifas scammed me and many others. I provided you proofs and you still removed our reviews and giving @advicifas an opportunity to scam more people. @Trustpilot is worthless

@mawensx @nikitabier I see this often, platform reviews can feel inconsistent. The best approach is strong compliance + proper escalation when issues arise.

@nikitabier The reviews have gotten so aggressive lately. We had an app rejected for 'incomplete metadata' because we didn't explain what a share button does. Meanwhile scam apps with fake reviews sail through in hours.

@ta_kollar @financedystop No solid proof of that, both Yelp and Google just use automated systems that aren’t perfect. Best is to document it and keep reporting through official channels.

Well this is how Yelp works in fact a guy that workrd at Yelp said they are the ones that post negative reviews to extort money from the company to sell ad packages and to remove negative reviews. Google use to review by hand reviews you could flag but now it's AI and can't get reviews removed.

@Alex_li @financedystop That’s really rough, sorry you went through that. Sadly it’s becoming more common. Situations like that are exactly why quick reporting and escalation is key to limit the damage.

@financedystop this happened to us last year - someone posted 6 fake 1-stars in 48 hours demanding $500 to take them down. google did nothing for 3 weeks. absolutely brutal when youre trying to close new clients
English

@supreetkay @financedystop That’s exactly how these scams operate, adding numbers to profile photos and asking for payment. Always avoid calling or sending money to such contacts.

@financedystop Happened to my mother in laws small business
The profile photos had a number on them
I called and it was a guy in Pakistan asking for money
I reached out to my friend at Google and he took care of it but it’s insane
