@MrRyanLeister Do you really think JSL is good enough to score the goals and keep us away from relegation? I don’t think he fits into VP style of play I like the guy but we need more mobile pacy forwards that rotate with midfield

#wwfc | Larsen £60m is a huge amount of money and an incredible return on the £24m Wolves paid in the summer, however, it covers nowhere near the amount that relegation would cost. If that money is reinvested this window with two quality additions it could be a great deal, but forgive me for not trusting the process because faith in the club steward’s ability to run our club is at an all time low. It’s only my opinion, but I get the impression that Mr Shi is a hindrance to the footballing side of the business and should be nowhere near it. I’m not holding my breath, but I’m hoping we fluke some quality reinforcements in via Gestifute in the next week. x.com/scottwilsonech…

#wwfc | Larsen I like Larsen, he had some good debut season numbers and he’s got a bit about him, but how do you replace him in such a short space of time, especially when teams know you’ve got money to spend and you’re desperate? With Hwang likely to be loaned and Fabio to depart permanently, letting JSL go as well is such a massive gamble and then you then need two forwards to come in oven ready. I get that £60m feels like great value, but it’s very short notice and I quite like him. Who knows what could happen between now and 1st September, it’s impossible to predict. Also, for anyone saying Wolves can’t turn down £60m for Jørgen Strand Larsen, let’s not forget we turned down £20m for Hwang, so anything is possible as I don’t really get the feel of a plan.

That’s it for me, Gary needs to go right now. The whole defence set up was hapless. #getGongone

@Wolves Difficult to legislate for individual errors but 32 goals conceded in 13 games is unforgivable from a tactically naive manager. Needs to go while we still have a chance.

@GigaBeers Depends when you retire I guess? Using that logic most people on a decent private pension would have no reason to work beyond 40. 🤷‍♂️

@CraigSpillard What’s more galling is that if inflation was the only metric for measuring price increase, the £5 ticket should only cost £16 now:

In 1988 a pint of beer cost £1 and a ticket in the John Ireland was £5, since then a pint of beer has increased 5 fold whilst a ticket at Wolves has increased 11 fold. Even extortionate house prices have only increased 7 fold.

This is a medieval torture device, something similar was used up until the late 90s by sailors to erase the sights that they had seen in joannas from their memories #gendit

@steonthesea @nizzyt1 @rstanfxrd When I was on the Massive (fwd section), the Cattistock was the Buffer’s Barge and the only one capable of launching the SHAR. The main flight deck was complete taken up with commercial airlines - it’s true I tell you!!

@nizzyt1 @rstanfxrd I don't need to Google anything. I used to see them take off from the flight deck of HMS Cattistock, so I'm more than happy with knowledge of the harrier.
