@AmexUK am at the end!a customer for 20 years, a platinum one for most of that and spend a lot of money.I recently got asked for kyc information after 20 years!I was so busy I didn't get a chance to get back,they cut my card, no call.I have made 10 calls so far no one gets back.

Great RLBA meeting yesterday with Minister for Housing @ChrisPincher. He recognised that Property Logbooks can be a ‘powerful tool’ in speeding up home buying & selling and it was also chance to discuss the wider potential for Logbooks across the whole home ownership lifecycle.

@TravelodgeUK worst customer service ever spent an hour waiting for them to answer the phone at 13p a minute, all of a sudden the rate jumps up because of no reason as you go between screens, booking 2 nights much more expensive than booking each night separately, nasty company

@TowerHamletsNow your website is badly flawed, items I have noticed. You cant easily find the login page, you can't easily reset your password, you complaint link is broken. Having to resubmit your parking form new for a renewal may not take you time but it does to voters.
