@Gallien39 @carolanne_aube @audeleblanc Tout s'équilibrera avec la déclaration de revenu (retour d'impôt potentiel). Une cotisation au REER peut aussi éviter ce genre d'effets fiscal. Lors d'un changement à ses conditions salariales il vaut la peine d'en discuter avec son conseiller financier pour éviter des surprises.

@carolanne_aube @audeleblanc Chaque bonne augmentation créera cette impact là. Si tu ne veux pas vraiment payer d'impôt, il faut être au salaire minimum.

J’ai tellement de problème avec le CISSS. Mon salaire est sensé être 3.80$ de plus depuis décembre dernier et rien ne bouge, je dois appeler et laisser des messages 3x par semaine. Je suis à un cheveux de pu rentrer travailler jusqu’à ce que ça change🤠

@StOnSoftware @lissijean @cagan Doing the right thing (product) VS doing it right (engineering) are complimentary concepts. A successful org needs both. But don't forget we need to take people where they are and help them improve.

@davidbeaumier @lissijean @cagan Also in the real world. Alignment initiatives need to be killed in organizations that can not demonstrate the required level of technical competence. They take away attention from doing the right thing, and avoid financing IT correctly

@StOnSoftware @lissijean @cagan I agree that in an ideal world that's the order to do it. But in real life, the teams must continue to deliver value AND improve at the same time. Business has to accept that value delivery might slow down and offer a safe space for the team to try new stuff.
