@davidfuzzylime Lost a place today and I think I’m right in saying the ‘person’ that won - who bid way over the odds - hasn’t even been in touch with the estate agent before offering (the place has been up for about 14 days too, so it’s not a quick turnaround)

Trying to buy a house in Glasgow at the moment is an all-time awful experience. You find a place you really like, spend ages figuring out what the best offer you can barely afford is, and then get blown out the water by at least £10k every time. Soul-sucking.

We're trialling a new, more accessible ticket machine with more advanced features - with live train info and the option to purchase Advance Single tickets. It can even be used by two people at once. The new machine is currently being tested in Glasgow Central.

Thoroughly enjoy the daily photos my phone chooses to show me. It’s never anything I’d actually want to be reminded of. Like today - a photo from last year of my hand holding a tiny bottle of milk. Good times, phone. Happy days.

So peckish that I’ve finally caved and am eating this protein bar that’s been in the bottom of my bag for nearly a year, having travelled in that time to seven countries on four continents. Sure it’ll be fine. My lunch was five days out of date so really living life on the edge.

@richardosman @MarinaHyde As a family, we loved it. There are so few programmes we can all enjoy like that together at the moment. Strictly succeeds at this, Gladiators absolutely did too. And for parents of our generation (early 40s), it felt like coming full circle!
